Residential Architectural Design

Custom set of full and complete building plans. Including a site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation & framing plans, structural details, structural notes and structural calculations.

SDCI Permit Routing

Submitting documents, monitoring the application and communicating with SDCI to get your permit issued in the most timely fashion. Permit routing includes submitting all paperwork SDCI requests, as well as preparing basic drainage and/or geological reports.
